Poor service from Discovery Life-affiliated Insurance Consultant

Terrible service received. Following a full year of life insurance cover through Discovery I discussed face-to-face with advisor a review on my cover and a full month later nothing had been processed / adjusted. No explanation as to why this was not processed. Following this, debited for two months premium on a portion of life cover that I did not want. No feedback on credit amounts owing to me despite numerous requests. Escalated to Discovery, awaiting feedback from them.
