No delivery of goods ordered

I ordered a tablet through Prosperoh Direct on 9 October 2014 and no delivery since then. I have been told stories.<br> <br> The last email I received today is as follows:<br> <br> Good morning Sir.<br> <br> Thank you for your enquiry.<br> Our delivery system has crashed due to unforeseen reasons.
