Goods not deliverd

Took a personal loan with Prosperoh Direct. They changed it to a consolidation loan. with the loan i had to take a mecer tablet. i have been paying for 5 months now and i still haven't received it. They told me they don't keep Mecer anymore so i must take proline. I told Elmie that i don't want Proline because it has alot of issues.<br> Then she said they have received the lastest Mecer and they will send it, still im waiting. Everytime i call a lady Called Claire keeps on lying to me when i ask for Elmie. on friday 31/07/15 i called Elmie and i they transfered me to her because i didn't tell Claire my real name. Elmie told me a story about her mom being sick. I told her i don't want that tablet anymore they must pay Nedbank their money back. Elmie said i must send her a email that i want to cancel because i will not pay for something that i don't have. I told her i want paper work saying that its cancelled.<br> Called again today 04/08/15 and Claire covered for her again and said she is not available. Please help me with this issue
