Breach of Contract

I app**** for a consolidation loan through Prosperoh who secured one for me through Nedbank Personal Loans. Part of the deal was to include in the loan amount a product that Prosperoh offered. In my case I chose a laptop. Nedbank paid the funds to Prosperoh on 10 June. I received the cash portion of the loan on 4 July. In their agreement Prosperoh states that they need 14 days for the cash portion and 21 days for the product. The cash portion was paid out three working days after their own deadline
