Unpaid Claim On the 23rd August i submiiitted a claim through prosper funeral which is prosperity and African unity is underwiters.Ihave a policy with this company and the waiting period is six months i finish waiting period and it happens that my uncle passed away and the claim submitted already on the 23rd .I have hurried my uncle without any payment from thus company no apologies to this bad service because when i took this policy I thought will assist me during time of difficulty but does not serve the purpose at all as i burry my uncle today.I phoned the company no one's pickup the phone at times when they pick it up they tell me that they have problems because of many death due to covid of which I have nothing to do with that because I paid my premiums up to date no ways that they can tell such when I have to get what belongs to me.i thought this company will assist me when I have to hurry my loved ones bt they are doing hide and sick when they have to payout the into my bank .I feel useless and selfish and its also disappointment and disgrace to my siblings for not contributing towards the funeral of my uncle.hoping that Hello Peter will assist me for the payment of my cover that I paid for. Thank you
