Worst service

Absolutely terrible this bunch!! A week later after submitting a claim in person at their krugersdrop office no payment has been received. When you call to follow up on behalf and an elder they tell you they cant discuss anything with you because of POPIA, as if we dont know what that is..nxa not even a papers are missing or payment will reflect on this day..NOTHING!! there is a reason parents ask their kids to follow up on their behalf..no updates to any person info was being updated.. just an update required!! The fact that you take advantage of vulnerable people is really disturbing!! Sies man
