Poorest service

<p>Good afternoon. I'd like to lodge a complaint against a funeral insurance company called Prosperity .My aunt belongs to it and needed to claim for the death of my grandmother who is being laid to rest tomorrow morning. Prosperity refuses to pay out the money. Now we don't know what to do regarding the funeral plans<br />Please be of help</p>
