Disgusting service. When funeral benefits haven't been paid out 2 weeks after a claim with funds needing to be used for said funeral. When you are in mourning and you still have to deal with excuses regarding non payment from the company. Hearing from their own consultants that people who claimed in November still haven't received payments. Shocking honestly
