I FEEL ****MED!!!

POOR SERVICE! Since I claimed on the 26th January I have yet to receive a single cent! We were not able to have a dignified burial because they didn't live up to their promises.

Please can someone assist me with this case, they give me the run around whenever i call and as this point i don't know what to do. PLEASE HELP!!! - Nonkululeko Zweni ***)
