First they made me join in 2019 and is was my first claim after losing my grandfather last month in November, till to date no payment has been made but they just tell me that they are busy invistigating on how I am related to the deceased yet the they deducted their money at the end of the month. They don't even communicate with me. I am still waiting for my money. I buried my grandfather on the 24.11.2023 with no money and the only thing they tell me when I call them is that they are still investigating.PLEASE HELP.
