VERY RUDE

I never been humiliated by someone in my life the woman is extremely rude,my daughter was in pikkieland CCV creach for 2years then last year on may I was on maternity leave the I fall into arrears at the creach then I keepon updating trying too much to pay but I couldn't pay then the creach send my account to collection in prosperitas so I was dealing with this lady that is so rude she called me then I had arrangement to pay she threaten to send my account to credit bureau and she did send the contract today she called me shouting and Yelling at me the worst part she called my boss when my boss said she need to call me with my personal calls then she threaten my boss that they will come and collect the equipment that I am using to work and I told her several times that in December I paid R900 then I had to get the refund of the deposit at creach amount of R750 I even ask her to query about this money then put it to my debt she fail to do that ,the worse part she ask me why did I have to take my daughter to the expensive school if I don't afford I told her that my daughter is been there for 2 years so she need to have a way when she collect people and Theresa s rudeness sucks ,
