Unhappy With a Judgement On My Name

I have a big problem with the mentioned company, I have 2 kids that attended Laerskool Jeugpark but the one now is in High so there one that is still on lower grades is still at Jeugpark Primary. My issue is that I haven't paid school fees for my kids but now I think it is unfair for Prosperitas to put my name on Default Judgement, First of all Jeugpark Primary is a Government school, look I'm not saying not paying the fees is the right thing to do, it all depends on a situation, If I had the money to pay the fees I'd pay them but I not have the money, I have sent a letter to the Department of Education and a lady actually called me and say I must go to the school and arrange with them & pay even if it's R50 whatever it is that I can afford, I did go to the school but they said there's nothing they can do I have been handed over already, so now even if I do get a proper job I will not be able to do anything because my name is *****ed, I have so much Debt as it is & if I had known about the Exemption that you apply for when you cannot afford to pay school fees i would have done so as I have done with my other daughter now that is in high school.Default Date: 2019/10/10 Source: HENTIQ 2227 PTY L Contact Name: VICTORIA PIETERSEN Default Type: Handed Over Account Info: 2997/17170DT1 Contact Tel No: (0861) 776777 Account Holder: N DLUNGANA Default Amount: 10767.00 Account Holder DOB: 18/05/1981 Account Holder ID: *** That is what I got from a report from Trans union of which I don't think it's fair, I'm a single who is struggling so much financially like I don't know whether I'm coming or going, now all I ask for is that my name be taken off that Judgement!
