Rudes consultant ever

I just received a terrible phone call from your consultant named: Wayven. He is the rudest person i have ever dealt with in my life. Phoned my company in regard to personal matters the lady that answered the phone explained to him that we are not allowed to take personal calls during working hours he can send me an email or phone me after work. He then insisted in talking to my HR then the lady eventually transferred him to me where he got so rude when i asked him who he was and where he was calling from i tried to explained to him that i am not allowed to take calls during working hours where he started going off at me i asked him to put me through to his manager where he then rep**** with "Nee jys die ongeskukte eenetjie" and Pay your debt - I mean seriously what type of uneducated people do you employ? Honestly I requested to speak to his manager he said okay its fine he will put me through then kept me on the line for more then 10min no reply not putting me through noting.
