Rude consultant

I received a terrible phone call from a consultant by the name of MERIAM, this lady is very rude, she doesn't even great, ask to speak to relevant person, she even called names to people I quote "ngwaninyana" in Sepedi, furthermore it happened several times. I suggest this lady must be taught the basic of client service.
