Requested letter that my Account was paid in full

I recently pulled a Transunion report and found out that the following is still showing on the report although I have paid all in full and at that stage requested a letter to state that all has been paid:<br> <br> Date<br> <br> 2014/09/25<br> Supplier Name<br> PROSPERITAS<br> Account Number<br> 13843SWA004DT2<br> <br> Default Amount<br> <br> R 4 048,00<br> <br> <br> Type<br> <br> Handed Over<br> I need the letter ASAP.<br> <br> Thank you<br> <br> PJS
