Refusing to send me my account info

I have been paying off my account handed to prosperitas for over a year now. This account is on debit order but getting reminder sms every month and billed for it. I have spoken to Heleen more than 3 times requesting updated info on how long I have been paying them and what's left to be paid on account. They refuse to send me any kind of paper work on my account and I don't agree with first payment date recorded on their side I do have bank statements of how many payments has been made. These don't correspond with what I have been Told by them and were also told that I have been handed over to itc and billed for smses. I won't send them bank statements just because they refuse sending me any paper work. I have been without work for 6 months and that's why I have not paid my account but since I agreed to debit order I have not skipped a payment. Still I was told that I was handed over to itc. Their admin is up to **** they are rude and unorganised. I want to see their charges on this account and what I am paying because I have already paid more than R7000 and according to them still have to pay another R9000 original amount was only R6000. Please help.
