Prosperitas Debt Collection - UNHAPPY

Good day

This is my storie and need assistance.

A week ago , I pulled my TransUnion ITC report only to notice that HENTIQ227 has added me on default with the ITC. I am not aware why or what it's for. I have send emails. Contacted them. And no one is replying of answering the calls.

I need my default to be removed. If I was at fault , by all means. I will pay whatever it is. But do not know what it's for.

This company can not just put a person on default without a notice.

The person added me was Joanne Venter.
