Prosperitas

I need help with this people as they want me to pay them plus the school. I started double paying my child school fees directly from July 2021, aware that I was behind on it. Problem I was not made aware that the school have already taken the account to debt collectors, only to find out in October that Prosperitas has my account. I continued paying the last due amount directly to the school till December 2021, seeing that the amount do not correlate with the debt collectors.

Now in 2022 Prosperitas wants me to pay them the money which I already payed to the school. So now it looks like I should be paying them too. I do not understand how does that work, and wanna take this further on.
