Pathetic client service.

They did not send me statements for outstanding school fees. Upon requesting these, i gave them a deadline otherwise i will cancel my debit order. Before the deadline they cancelled my debit order without my instruction to do so. Now they want me to reactivate my debit order, which they cancelled without proper explanation. I refused because i did not get a proper explanation and their overall client service is pathetic.
