NOT LISTENING TO ANYTHING YOU ARE SAYING TO HER

I could not pay school fees last year as my parents lived with me in garden flat and I was paying the rent on my own. they have now moved back to their house and i have found a cheaper place to rent. I am now in the process of arranging with the school to accommodate me by writing off last years debt so that I can start fresh this year, otherwise I will always stay behind. this Cynthia from Prosperitas does not want to hear anything I tell her. she just says now I will list you and the lawyers will start with summons. this while i am telling her i cannot make an arrangement with her until the school has given me their answer on what i asked them. this is such a difficult situation for me already and now she is just stepping on me.
