Listed even though Im paying

I supposedly owe brainline money so this lot got involved. I told them that I hadn't received any books so I don't see why I should pay. They then promptly listed me on itc even though I agreed to make payments to resolve it.<br> <br> When you call they are plain rude and disinterested, shocking really!!!!!
