False claim of debt

I received a call beginning of the year from a lady that was phoning from this company and she was claiming that I owe her company and that she has been sending me sms's and a letter, and I received none of those . I requested the statement showing the amount I owing, she said that she does not have that information and she sais that her client was experiencing difficulty balance and managing the financial records and I asked then how come you claiming that I am owing you when you dodnt even know the details of your accusation . She never phoned me again. I then received a call from Elamrie on the 11/03/2016, informing me that I have been black listed and she is trying to help me settle my account . She requested that I sent het information which I did and she said that she will send me a detailed statement of what I am owing, I did not receive it. I phoned her on the 14/03/2016 and she said she will ask her manager to send the information , I have not received the information to date. I phoned her again on the 15/032016 and asked why have I not received the information and she got very emotional. Yonadi(her manager said she will call me back. I am still waiting )
