ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC AND *********** !!!

Extremely Bad Service & Attitudes !!! These people harrass you when they want to make arrangements. I have been paying since 2012 just to find out that 6 years later the only money really paid towards the account is R 1 100 !!!! Six years later !!! Firstly, i had to request a phone number from my bank, which i paid for, because these people harrass you, but do not give you any details to be able to follow up on your account. I spoke to Tessa 4 times, and after 4 times of me having to pay my cellular bill, she still did not contact me, neither did she take down the correct details when i gave it to her !!!

When asking their supervisor VERONICA for a statement to see what it is then that they are taking as fees, i was told that i will be charged for that as well !!!!

She is so arrogant when assistance was required and told me that i should remember that i am a debtor and not a client !!!

I am extremely unhappy about the level of service these people provide - basically there is not service !

Obvious from people that don't even bother to respond to Hellopeter !
