Bad customer service from prospercare benefit solutions

I had a bad customer service from the lady who works for prospercare insurance policy whereby I wanted to cancel the insurance because I don't need it anymore so I asked them to not deduct my money from this end of the month of January 2020. So I am really not happy about their service because I was told how to get off their landline :***. Please can I be assisted my number is ***. It is my right as a customer to complaint if I'm no longer happy .
