Unprofessional

Prosper Security installed a new garage motor and damaged the gate motor trying to link remotes. <br> My son was unable to connect gate remote and Charles (from Prosper Security) accused my son of breaking the gate motor. We phoned Charles to come and fix the problem. He sent his men through and instead of fixing the problem they cut wires leading to the motor. Only two remotes will work now and Charles has been very rude and refuses to come and look at the damage his men have done.<br> He is now threatening to take away warranty on the garage motor. I will now have to call in another company to repair the damage his company has done.
