Worst service EVER experienced!

Aug 2013 I paid the required deposit to Prosper glass and aluminum, the waiting period to installation was supposed to be 20 days. We had the builder remove all the old windows after 30 days as we were told they would be arriving within the week, it took 90 days before any windows were installed. The builder had by then left. We lived without windows for 4 months, once all the double glazed glass was installed, we found that the frames were in skew, windows don't open and close properly, huge gaps between frame and window, Incorrect glass thickness was used, dirt was trapped between the double panes, panes were made by National glass. They would arrive at 11 am have lunch form 12 to 1 and leave at 3pm. This went on for months while they attempted to fix it, but the staff that were hired by him were *********** and had very little knowledge of the job at hand. Eventually after 5 months got in the SA builders association to do an assessment which confirmed the bad installation &workmanship. Prosper glass quality of workmanship is atrocious and the owner Windson just **** about delivery times making out as if it was his suppliers fault.
