Unprofessional, opportunistic and disinterested.

We accepted a quote for the one-day installation and replacement of three windows. We had builders already on site taking care of other work. Prosper Glass expected the other builders to knock out the old frames, build up the new frames and assist them with the work - so actually all they did was supply the frames and glass but sought to charge us for work which our other builders had to do. Took three days not one. Messy, unprofessional and trying to make a quick buck. Don't use them.
