Unpaid funeral claim

I am struggling to get mu funeral vlaim approved. All required documents were handed in. It is now iver a week, still no joy. Eveey enquiry i make new documents are requested. They always promise to call back but never do. What is the use of taking out funeral cover, when i get the runaround. I am beginning Prosper Funeral solutions. I really need that funds. You are worse... Bad ***** business...
