Prosper funeral solutions complaint

My sister passed on 19/07/2021 as a member of Prosper funeral solutions. My brother was her beneficiary, he submitted all the required documents for claiming the insurance money. Even today there was no payment received. He called the office *** they gave reference 112396. Nothing happened . He called again and they gave another reference number 5753 till today nothing happened. Can you please assist
