Non payment of policy by Prosper Funeral Solutions

I claimed for my mother's policy on the 30.05. Policy was supposed to pay within 24 to 48 hours, until to date policy has not been paid. Every time I phone they say is ready for payment but it's already 6 weeks without payment.
