Failure to Pay Claims

Our Burial Society [TSHIDISANANG BURIAL SOCIETY] has made numerous valid claims with Prosper Funeral Solutions, also known as Prosperity Insurance [Workers Life] none of which were ever paid out.

We have never defaulter in our monthly premium of R29 933.50 as this amount is collected via debit order. Our attempts to get our claims fell on deaf ears, and the amount currently being owed to us is R200 000.00

We have already had a meeting with the management and asked us to submit our claim forms through e-mail, yet we're still not succeeding in realizing our dream of satisfying our members.
