Disappointing Service

On the 12th of January 2020 I submitted a claim to the above mentioned company,to my disappointment it's now the 27th of January 2020 and it still hasn't been paid out. On the 20th of January 2020,I sent a follow up email and was later informed by Cherryl Le Roux that my claim was in their finance department for payment,7 days later I still haven't received any feedback nor payout. I am honestly getting frustrated with this issue and I cannot understand how a claim would take 2 weeks to be paid out for emergency expenses that need to be handled during our time of loss. I'm just about ready to cancel this cover and I cannot continue to contribute monthly premiums for such incompetence and ******* customer service. Someone needs to contact me asap and ensure that my claim is urgently paid out TODAY or I'm taking this matter much further!!!
