Prosper Care didn't pay me my cover as promised

I've joined a society policy called Prosper Care in 19 July 2012 for funeral burial that covers myself and my family so since from that year they have been deducting R160 per month till I claim that one of relative has passed on. I gave them a list of people that I want to cover so on the 02 April 2016 my mom passed away then I went to claim the money for the burial then they asked me to bring my documents and the death certificate of the deceased. It was time for them to pay me the money then they told me I have an outstanding balance of R640 if I don't pay that balance I won't get paid the money so they sent Fana Nthabiseng the account number so I can send the money into their account for my outstanding balance then after that Thandi Makinita from Prosper Care told me even I deposit that money they won't pay or give me the money they want the U119 to prove that went to maternity leave from 11 July until 19 November 2015. So Dolly from Fidelity Rustenburg she was the one was filling my leave form from labour so she didn't put me on the list of people on maternity leave.<br> <br>
