I'm shocked to recieve such a poor service from an insurer in a time of need

I write this with sadness , my sister passed away on Monday then Tuesday I contacted my insurer to enquire about which documents to submit .I'm surprised that I haven't received anything from them ,I don't even owe them yet they are dragging their feet to process the payments
