Employee thandi extremly rude from prosper care

Thandi from prospercare very unprofesional and dont care about customers. The claims manager at prospercare is extremly rude and unprofesional. I have recorded voice calls of this woman going crazy on me. I shall advise all poeple not to join this highly unprofesional business who has no regard for customer care
