pathetic customer service

We asked for a quote for our corsa van to be repaired. After the claim being paid out which took nearly a month we finally decided to give it to these people to repair. After us confirming and signing to acknowledge the acceptance of the quote and paying a deposit to go ahead with the job, we get a call from them around 2 days later to say there has been a price increase and guess what? Van is already stripped and we can't take the vehicle away. Paul the owner fought with such aggression for us to pay for something that we did not accept to. We eventually had to pay an extra 900 rand because people do not know how to run their business properly. Paul the owner is the rudest most unprofessional business person I have ever met. I will never refer these guys to anyone. They are the biggest ******* around. You corner people with a low quote and then call after job is confirmed and then inform your customer of a change in price forcing us to pay more and we can't take our vehicle away. Close your shop. You are wasting your time. Daylight ******s!
