Covid19 UIF Covid 19 ters

I am writing this review regarding our recruitment company which I have named above. I have signed a contract with Proserv last year 28 of June 2019 myself and other learners we signed another work placement contract. We signed another contract on the same date with CiTi which is regarded as a loan contract for the leadernership program. The other issue is my workplace contract that I signed for the workplace placement is based in Polokwane which BBG group, but I am residing in Soweto and last year September 2019 I was placed at a different company of which is not the one I signed the contract for . Since Covid19 our company claimed UIF relief funds Covid19 ters on our behalf and the UIF system it shows that two claims were made and we didn't receive any money. When we contact the student support they tell us that we are selfish and ungrateful. Please advice.
