Prosecure secures their interests but doesn't provide a service

My home was broken into last year April. The electric fence was damaged as well as the sensor. I called prosecure to fix it and they said due to lock down their technicians were unavailable. ******s broke into my home again this week and prosecure has still not fixed any of the faults. When I signed the contract I was assured that everything would be brought up to date. Nothing has been done from April until today. Calling prosecure is a waste of time. I stopped paying my account in September 2020 because I was not receiving good service and now the only way to get the technicians to come out is to pay the arrears. What stopped prosecure from fixing the faults between April and August. They don't provide a service. Their response time is pathetic and I am still waiting for someone to handle my complaint. I have been pushed from pillar to post and nothing has been done. Always being transferred to another person or department and nothing gets done. I refuse to pay for a service that does not provide excellent results.
