DISGUSTED BY PRO SECURE.....

PRO SECURE IS PATHETIC......July 2021, was referred to by 1 sales agent to another as an ASS. I have requested a call from management on numerous occasions to address this unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour especially from a member of the sales team as they were SUPPOSE to be the most approachable and polite staff of them all but alas I have not recievead a call back to date. I managed to acquire the DIRECTORS cell number that's on the pro Secure flyers but he didn't even answer his phone. Sent him a whatsapp requesting a call first thing the next morning, he agreed,as it was late...guess what, I am still waiting for that call. Is this the service pro Secure prides itself on???? Pathetic if you ask me....are these the people WE PAY to protect us when they can't even respond to request, leave alone answer their phone?????
