Bad business ethic and bad quality

Ordered business cards, flyers and a diary from this printing company.<br> Firstly they are terrible in conversing with clients with one word email replies, no replies or poor description of services. After them eventually getting images correct, payment was made in full. Received the goods, business cards not great quality, flyers were ok. Diary never arrived. 2 weeks later after me emailing with no reply, I got hold of Connie... they will have to refund me as they cannot provide the service. A client should not have to follow up so much on a business, teriible communication. If I had known better, I would've taken my business elsewhere and spent a bit more because I am now back at square one.
