Beware of Propweath Tailored Property Investment LONDON, LIVERPOOL, BRIGHTON

People BEWARE. This company will convince you to purchase property in the UK by providing due diligence that looks very good. Meanwhile, you will be overpaying for the property and will inherit problems that your worst nightmares are made of. They are involved with a Doggy developer who renovates apartments and buildings to look very nice but structurally are not good. They promise you rental returns of 7% or more but failed to tell you that the tenants will be of such low quality that they will most likely trash your place, not pay rent and leave you with repair costs that surpass any returns you might have made. I have personally suffered huge losses on 3 separate apartments purchased from Propwealth with their partner TGF Properties. They overcharged on the purchase and their Agents put in slum tenants. I have successfully taken the Agents to the Property Ombudsman, however i fear they will continue to do this to innocent South Africans who are looking to invest in the UK. Don't be sweet talked by these guys, you will lose money.
