Immature and unprofessional

Incredibly unprofessional. I wanted to cancel my policy and apparently I was required to provide a reason why I want to cancel. A week later the woman lets me know they haven't cancelled my policy and that I must give an explanation. Why?! I just want to cancel. So I told them why, which is a long story about how my family had a terrible experience with them and I don't want to risk going through the same trauma and stress, so the woman sends me this long unnecessary email about why Propulsio is not wrong at all. This company should work on their client service, because they are incredibly short-sighted and cannot take responsibility.
