Worst stay ever!

Worst exprience ever. Paid in full for accommodation at The Bay 804. The apartment has not been maintained properly, cupbards are broken, curtain are broken. The cleanng staff does not clean the apartment at all they doen even clean the bathroom, there is black mould everywhere.They customer services agents are liers, and make empty promises that they will get someone in to sort the place out but the don't. Please stay away from this company and there properties. They take you money for cleaning fees but don't provided you with a clean place to stay. If I could give 0 for staying at this apartment o would.
