Terrible Airbnb hosting experience.

would not recommend this stay due to several major issues that made it extremely uncomfortable. The air conditioning only works for the bottom floor, which pushes all the hot air upstairs, making it impossible to sleep. There was a fan provided, but it was broken. I reported this to the host after the first night, but they did nothing to address it. As a result, I had to sleep on the couch for all three nights, which was very uncomfortable.

On top of that, there was loud construction work happening in the building early in the morning, which was never mentioned in the listing. To make matters worse, the security staff at reception were rude during check-in.

This was one of my worst Airbnb experiences, and I would not stay here again.

And to round it off they falsely accused me of ******ion after I declined an insulting refund offer of R700 on a R5900 purchase.
