Propr double booking

I booked one of Propr properties in Umhlanga KZN everything was confirmed and I communicated with them requesting an earlier checking but they said they can’t allow early check in okay I wait for check time, 30 minutes prior I receive a text stating they made a double booking and can’t accommodate me for my stay which I have booked and was confirmed … Propr dropped me in the 11th with no accomodation and without the refund reflecting in my account so I could atleast book another place they did not assist me helping me get an alternative place the only assistance by saying you can cancel from your side and we will issue a full refund sorry for the inconvenience that time I think I’m about to check in and rest after a long day of driving from JHB to KZN

blame on booking yet after my booking was confirmed you were the ones communicating with me check in times then did literally nothing to help find a solution forgetting you dropped me on the 11th hour … Be on the lookout for my reviews on Hello Peter, Twitter and other social media platform I won’t just let slide
