* proper is NOT accommodating at all * ⁠poor check in procedure * ⁠we were told it takes *4* hours to clean a bachelor pad; what a joke ! * ⁠check in moved from 11:00 to 13:00 and then eventually 16:00 * ⁠Emma who gave us the key was extremely rude and seemed to profile us based on our appearance, which is disgusting!!!! It’s the new South Africa babes, people of color are far more sophisticated than you may believe!!!!
