bad service

This is the worst service I have ever had. I moved into the bachelor's unit in November 2024... the rent advertised was R5970, however, I have been paying around 6300 every month. this month I get a statement stating that my rent is 7400. 1600 more than what I have been paying all along. when I call the office they say that they're billing me from November until now. this does not make any sense as I don't know why they were not charging me these charges all along. I am livid and want to move out immediately. I would never advise anyone to use the services of this company. They are *********** and mislead their clients into thinking they are getting a bargain when in actual fact your are paying an arm and leg for a small batchelor's unit. this amount is literally the same you'd pay for a 2 bedroom. How does this make sense?
