Overcharging On Electricity Per Unit

I received an account from Propfin in Oct 2015, with an electricity bill of R2 156.01. I started investigating this, I found that she had charged me R2.31 per unit of electricity, I started working my accounts back. I used 15 units more in Sep 2015 than Oct 2015 and she was charging me R406.94 more in Oct 2015!!!! <br> In Sep 2015, life happened and due to unforseen circumstances, I couldnt pay my rent. Just to note, that I am still trying to make an arrangement with her to pay this off.<br> On 05/11/2015, I confronted her about the overcharging on the electricity and the next minute I receive a letter with extractions from my rental contract (which, by the way, is totally in favour of Propfin and no protection for the tenant), and Sonja giving me notice to vacate the premises on 30/11/2015. I took the matter to the Housing Tribunal, she was sent a letter for mediation to be at their offices in Alberton on 17/11/2015....she never pitched.<br> The overcharging continued, it just carried on and on...we kept confronting her about it and she ignored it. On 03/02/2016 I sent her an email with a recon, again another letter of eviction as in Nov 2015. Along with some threats and insults.
