Rental increase every month
Worst place to stay at honestly speaking. I was happy when I found this place and thinking finally it’s a Social Housing then rent is affordable. All of the sudden they change hot water from meter to billing. I got billed for days I wasn’t in the apartment. I enquired 3 weeks straight via email and in person and get told they don’t have the reading and they have requested and they will email them.i am expected to pay over R250+ of hot water that I was only in my apartment for 10 days. And now am sent a letter of demand and with a threat of eviction. Other part is that access fee for cold is still paid and which means for water alone is half of the utilities I pay monthly. I sent countless emails and no one will help. This is only to mess up my credit and I am paying like someone who is in a private rental. I’m expected to pay close to 5k on a social housing anf when I signed my lease it was a very affordable rental and that was to get us to sign the lease…

Worst experience at Nala Apartments
My experience is the worst . The staff is unfriendly . I had the worst experience when I had to move in on the 1st of February . I requested to move in gradually from the 29th to the first then I was given the key . My unit had a leakage in the wardrobe so I reported it from the 26th Monday until Wednesday going to the office . Azola was very rude to me telling me that my move in date is the 1st of Feb then I asked them to move me to a different unit then they refused saying that there is no available unit so when I went on the 1st of Feb i found the stove out , basin out and cupboards out . And worst part it was a Sunday. And there was no one in the office .

Useless bunch of Snobby brats
Yoh!!! These people treat us like peasants; it's like they just called each of their friends to come work in an industry they don't understand at all. Getting feedback is like trying to find canned tripe. What a waste i wish there was a way to get the Government to come look at how badly things are going here.
