Worse customer service! I will never use these agent

Terrible experience with one staff member. After calling the agent and him telling me he will call me back in an hour I had to call him 3.5 hours later and he still had attitude with me and calling me buddy and dude - highly unprofessional and then told me to get a new agent. ****ing disgusting.
